Welcome to Mochi & Michi! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.mochiandmichi.com] (the “Site”), and your purchase of our products. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

By using this Site or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms, our [Privacy Policy], and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our Site.
2. Eligibility

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is incorrect—even after you’ve submitted your order.
All Mochi & Michi products are created to reflect our brand values: comfort, style, minimalism, and most importantly giving back to your dog!
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments must be received in full before items are shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Australia and may offer international shipping to select regions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are subject to change based on promotions or courier rates.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or third-party services.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we’ll support you in lodging a claim with the courier service where possible.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you (and your pooch) to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please refer to the below:
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If eligible, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, used, or washed items unless faulty. To help avoid issues, please refer to our sizing guide and contact us if you’re unsure before purchasing.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These Terms do not exclude or restrict any of your rights under the ACL.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, logos, images, graphics, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Mochi & Michi and protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. Use of our content without written permission is prohibited.
Our logo, font system (Moon Bold, DM Sans), and minimalist design are part of our unique brand identity.
9. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree:
Not to engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable law.
Not to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Not to interfere with the functionality or security of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mochi & Michi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the purchase price.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
All promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of promotion. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Expiry dates apply.
